The cost of primary gender surgery (vaginoplasty or labioplasty) through Parkside with Mr. Bellringer is £23,000. This includes all medical and hospital fees, and follow up appointments, but not the initial consultation. Initial consultations are charged separately (£250). There is a theoretical fee for follow up consultations of £160, but this is almost
never charged. Patients who have undergone genital surgery are seen for follow up until healing is complete, however (within reason) long that may take, and however many visits are needed.
